Frequently asked questions
£29 a month for the software, and that is everything: no commission on your bookings, no charge per member of staff, no setup fee. Separately, if you want a bespoke website of your own as well, we build one for £299 once; you buy the domain and hosting for it yourself, and those are not included in the £299.
No. They book with a name, an email and a phone number. Their confirmation email carries a private link that lets them cancel or move the appointment themselves, so there is no password and nothing to install.
No. The database itself refuses to store two confirmed bookings that overlap for the same technician, so it is not a matter of checking carefully. If two people tap at the same instant, one of them is told the slot has gone.
Your client list and their bookings are held in the UK, under UK data rules, and they are yours. Some things we rely on, like sending the confirmation emails, involve suppliers outside the UK. Our privacy notice says which and what protects them. We never market to the people who book with you. If a client asks to be erased, one button removes their personal details and writes the erasure to a log.
Fill in one short form: your services, your prices, your hours and who works when. It takes about ten minutes. We build the page from that and send it to you, usually within a day, and nothing goes live until you say so.
No. We do the setting up, so there is no builder to learn and nothing to install. Signing in is a link we email you, so there is no password to remember, and the whole thing works in the browser on your phone between clients.
